Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a defined portfolio of trust and corporate clients, ensuring high service standards.
- Organising and overseeing the team's daily workload and delegating tasks effectively.
- Reviewing client work, including correspondence, documentation and accounts where required.
- Monitoring team performance and supporting the achievement of KPIs and deadlines.
- Supporting staff development through training, coaching and performance feedback.
- Assisting with appraisals and objective setting for team members.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, AML/CFT and corporate governance requirements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
- Acting as an authorised signatory where applicable.
- Liaising with clients, advisers and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting team planning and ensuring continuity of service during absences.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years' experience within trust and company administration and be working towards or have nearly completed a relevant professional qualification such as STEP, ACCA or equivalent. They will demonstrate strong organisational, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage workloads and support a team effectively. A solid understanding of regulatory requirements, corporate governance and fiduciary practices is essential, along with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach. The successful individual will be confident, collaborative and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
