This is an excellent opportunity for a school leaver or graduate to begin a career in financial services. The role offers structured training alongside practical exposure to client administration.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the administration of a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures.
- Maintaining records, including drafting trust minutes and corporate resolutions.
- Supporting bank and investment account openings.
- Preparing payments in line with internal procedures.
- Liaising with third parties including banks, investment managers and advisers.
- Assisting with the establishment of new structures, including trust formation and company incorporation.
- Maintaining and updating statutory records and databases.
- Supporting compliance reviews and due diligence processes.
- Assisting with client queries and administrative tasks.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a school leaver or graduate with A-Level qualifications or equivalent and a strong interest in financial services. They will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team. Some experience in trust and company administration or a similar environment would be beneficial but is not essential. The successful individual will be proactive, reliable and motivated to develop their skills within a professional environment.
