Two opportunities are available within a busy Retirement & Savings team, offering excellent career development for both school leavers and experienced administrators. Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Processing administration tasks relating to retirement and savings products.
- Supporting client and broker relationships through excellent customer service.
- Responding to client enquiries and requests within agreed service standards.
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
- Coordinating and maintaining Client Due Diligence documentation.
- Monitoring outstanding payments and supporting debtor management processes.
- Preparing client documentation and correspondence.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Supporting client retention and relationship management initiatives.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Skills / Qualifications
For the school leaver opportunity, candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail and a genuine interest in developing a career within financial services. Full training will be provided. For the experienced administrator opportunity, previous administration experience is required, ideally within financial services, insurance, pensions or another regulated environment. Strong organisational skills, customer service ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential. The successful candidates will be proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering a high standard of service.
