Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidates will have experience within captive insurance, insurance management, reinsurance, insurance broking, or a related insurance services environment and be operating at a mid to senior level within their current organisation. They will demonstrate strong client relationship management skills, commercial awareness and the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities are essential, together with a proactive and professional approach to client service. The successful individuals will be ambitious, career-focused and motivated to continue developing within the insurance sector, while contributing positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
