Our client is seeking a Private Client Assistant Manager to support both client relationships and team performance. The role offers responsibility for a portfolio alongside involvement in team development and service delivery.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a portfolio of trust and company structures.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and intermediaries.
- Supporting and overseeing day-to-day administration and transactions.
- Preparing and reviewing documentation including minutes and resolutions.
- Attending client meetings and preparing follow-up documentation.
- Supporting new business onboarding and transitions.
- Monitoring billing, fee collection and portfolio performance.
- Maintaining client profiles, risk assessments and due diligence records.
- Acting as a signatory on relevant matters.
- Supporting team management, including mentoring and development of junior staff.
- Contributing to team operations, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong experience within fiduciary services, with exposure to managing trust and company structures. They will hold, or be working towards, a relevant professional qualification such as STEP, CGI or ACCA. Experience supervising or supporting junior team members would be advantageous. Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills are essential, along with a proactive and client-focused approach.
