Our client is looking for a motivated and personable Sales Negotiator to support their Local Market property sales team for a 9-month period. You'll play a key role in managing client relationships, conducting viewings, and helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of residential sales properties within the Local Market.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and potential buyers to coordinate viewings and negotiations.
- Conduct property viewings, providing professional and knowledgeable guidance to prospective purchasers.
- Build strong relationships with clients, offering a high standard of customer service from instruction to sale completion.
- Assist with preparing property details, including photography and descriptions, working alongside the marketing team.
- Update and maintain internal CRM systems and client records accurately.
- Generate new business by identifying and following up on leads and opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to achieve team sales targets.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within estate agency, sales, or a client-facing role where relationship management and communication are key. They will be proactive, confident, and organised, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in the property sector. Strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. A full, clean driving licence is required. Training on local market procedures and property systems will be provided.
