This is a rare opportunity to join our clients' division in a learning and development-focused role! The successful candidate will contribute to the design, coordination and delivery of a range of training initiatives, supporting the development of professional and technical expertise across the organisation. Working closely with the Deputy Director of HR, this role will play a key part in embedding a high-performance learning culture that aligns with the Commission's strategic goals.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the planning, coordination and review of internal and external training programmes.
- Liaising with training providers and reviewing course content, delivery and feedback.
- Assisting in the development of tailored training roadmaps for technical and supervisory staff.
- Facilitating programmes for school leavers, graduates and early-career professionals.
- Contributing to workplace induction and foundation-level training initiatives.
- Developing content and logistics for AML/CFT, cyber security and professional development training.
- Supporting project management upskilling across departments.
- Providing administrative support across HR and L&D, including maintaining records and producing reports.
- Representing HR in internal meetings and external provider communications.
- Supporting other divisional tasks and contributing to broader people-related projects.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in learning and development, HR or training coordination, preferably within a regulated or professional environment. Strong organisational, interpersonal and written communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to manage multiple tasks and liaise with both internal teams and external providers. A proactive, professional approach, high attention to detail and an interest in regulatory and technical subject matter will be key to success in this role.
