An excellent opportunity to join a global operations team as a Periodic File Reviewer for 12 months. This contract role involves supporting compliance efforts by ensuring the integrity and accuracy of client due diligence and risk assessments. You will provide quality assurance and control across client onboarding and ongoing reviews, contributing to regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Performing AML quality checks across individual and corporate client profiles.
- Conducting risk-based reviews, trigger events, and transaction monitoring.
- Reviewing corporate structures, performing screening, and maintaining client data.
- Updating risk ratings and escalating concerns to relevant stakeholders.
- Creating and maintaining internal procedures and operational reports.
- Participating in projects and supporting internal audits or testing programmes.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and due diligence obligations.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a financial services environment with a strong understanding of AML and CDD requirements. You will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage competing priorities. Proficiency with MS Office and client data systems is essential, along with strong communication and analytical skills.
