FTC Company & Trust Closure Services

• Managing the orderly closure of companies and trusts in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinating with administrators, clients, legal advisors and intermediaries to facilitate asset liquidation and liability settlement.
• Ensuring tax clearances are obtained and all termination documentation is complete.
• Reviewing, updating, and maintaining accurate closure files and records.
• Monitoring financial and legal matters throughout the closure process.
• Supporting strong communication across all stakeholders involved.
• Assisting in developing efficient administrative procedures in line with service standards.
• Upholding best practice and regulatory compliance throughout the closure lifecycle.
• Completing any additional duties appropriate to the level and nature of the role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong and growing knowledge of fiduciary services and demonstrable experience managing trust and company closures. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant role is required, and candidates should be professionally qualified or working towards completion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a high level of organisation and accuracy. The ability to work independently and maintain client relationships professionally is key.
