This is a brilliant opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support a specialist team delivering fund administration services in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. With no two days the same, this back-office role will suit someone looking to develop their experience in financial services while working in a collaborative, forward-thinking setting.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Processing payments including invoices, capital calls and distributions in line with internal procedures.
- Completing investor updates in internal systems in line with policy requirements.
- Assisting with the collation of due diligence documentation.
- Supporting company secretarial tasks such as preparation of board packs.
- Maintaining accurate records within the document management system.
- Supporting ad hoc client requests and internal project work as required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's administrative experience, with a good understanding of financial services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, alongside accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. A confident team player with solid IT skills and the ability to follow procedures is key.
