This is an exciting opportunity for a trust professional to manage a portfolio of international clients while leading and mentoring junior administrators. Working in a collaborative team, this role focuses on high-quality service delivery and relationship management within a well-established fiduciary business.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Leading a client services team and managing a portfolio of international trusts and companies.
- Acting as the key contact for clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders.
- Administering complex structures and transactions across a variety of asset classes.
- Supporting business development through relationship-building and networking.
- Mentoring junior staff and promoting service excellence and best practice.
- Representing the firm at client meetings and events as required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a relevant fiduciary background and hold or be working towards a STEP or Governance Institute qualification. Strong technical expertise, organisational skills, and commercial awareness are essential. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach are also required. Willingness to travel and build business networks is advantageous.
