Tax Manager

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Managing a varied portfolio of corporate and financial services clients across tax compliance and advisory engagements.
• Providing advice on a wide range of tax matters including domestic corporate tax, Pillar II, economic substance, international tax, AEOI, and fund reporting.
• Supporting clients in adapting to recent and upcoming tax reforms in the Channel Islands.
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding networks both internally and externally.
• Mentoring and managing junior team members, providing guidance and developmental support.
• Collaborating with other departments to deliver integrated services and ensure client needs are met.
• Participating in broader team initiatives such as financial management, technology solutions, or staff wellbeing projects.

The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified (or equivalent), with experience in a tax-focused role, preferably at Manager level. A background in UK Corporation Tax or a Commonwealth jurisdiction is essential, along with a solid understanding of international tax principles. Experience working with financial services, private equity, or real estate clients is desirable. Strong technical and client relationship management skills, as well as experience in team leadership and staff development, are key to success in this role.
