This is a unique opportunity to support a specialist funds business with a bookkeeping project. Working closely with the finance team, this role offers flexible hours and the potential for either a contract or permanent arrangement depending on the successful candidate’s preferences.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role are likely to include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records in accordance with internal controls.
  • Inputting and reconciling financial data across various accounts.
  • Supporting ad hoc financial reporting and documentation requirements.
  • Assisting with project-specific bookkeeping tasks as directed.
  • Liaising with the wider finance or operations teams to ensure records are accurate and up to date.


Skills / Qualifications

This role would suit someone with prior bookkeeping or finance administration experience. Strong attention to detail, good working knowledge of accounting software, and the ability to work independently are key. Candidates must be reliable, methodical, and comfortable managing their own time. Experience in fund administration or financial services would be advantageous but is not essential.
