This is a great opportunity to join the Private Capital Administration team of a globally recognised financial institution. The successful candidate will support a portfolio of complex private equity fund structures and related entities, gaining hands-on experience in cash, investor, and investment administration. Ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to develop their career in fund services.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Building strong relationships with clients, fund directors, and internal departments.
- Managing banking transactions, invoice payments, and cash movement activities.
- Administering investor calls and distributions, investor transfers, and investor queries.
- Supporting investment activities, including tracking new investments, follow-ons, and divestments.
- Organising and attending board meetings and preparing board packs and minutes.
- Completing KYC and client due diligence for new and existing investors.
- Working with team members to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met.
- Supporting ad hoc departmental and project-based initiatives.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in fund administration, corporate services, or banking, with a strong service ethic and attention to detail. Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and communication skills are essential, along with a team-focused approach and a willingness to support others. The ability to work independently and meet deadlines is key to success in this role
