This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional services organisation as a Receptionist and Personal Assistant. This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of front-of-house services and providing valuable administrative support to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Welcoming and assisting visitors, ensuring excellent client service at reception.
Operating the switchboard, handling calls professionally and courteously.
Managing meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for meetings and interviews.
Controlling visitor access in line with security procedures.
Coordinating deliveries, travel, taxis, and accommodation requirements.
Supporting the Executive Committee with diary management, preparation of agendas, reports, expenses, and administrative tasks.
Assisting the HR team with initiatives, events, communications, and marketing support.
Participating in projects and providing assistance with system development and operational efficiencies.
Monitoring operational risk, contributing to risk awareness, and maintaining governance standards.
Representing the organisation's culture, values, and commercial strategy positively and proactively.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' general administrative experience, with previous reception or customer service exposure considered advantageous. Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently are essential. Candidates must demonstrate initiative, be confident working independently, and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).How To Apply
