This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join a busy fiduciary team. You will assist with the day-to-day administration of trusts and companies while building strong technical knowledge.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures.
- Preparing statutory documentation including minutes, agreements and trust instruments.
- Liaising with clients, intermediaries and external institutions.
- Supporting the purchase and sale of investments and assets.
- Processing payments, distributions, invoices and investment transactions.
- Ensuring client due diligence documentation is complete and up to date.
- Completing investment applications, redemptions and related documentation.
- Assisting with team coverage during periods of absence.
- Supporting general administrative tasks and client servicing activities.
- Undertaking additional duties as required by management.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with excellent attention to detail and organisational ability. They will be capable of working both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach and willingness to learn. The successful individual will be adaptable, able to manage competing priorities, and committed to developing their knowledge within the fiduciary sector.
