This is an exciting entry-level sales opportunity for someone looking to build confidence, product knowledge and commercial skills in a fast-paced automotive setting. Full training will be provided to help the successful candidate grow into the role.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the vehicle sales process from point of sale through to customer handover.
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers post-sale to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
- Collecting customer information and managing sales documentation accurately.
- Assisting with finance applications and processing where applicable.
- Coordinating vehicle preparation, servicing and valeting with internal departments.
- Being present at vehicle collection to complete paperwork and oversee handover.
- Explaining vehicle features and controls confidently to customers.
- Identifying opportunities to offer add-on products and services.
- Working closely with Sales, Service and Parts teams to ensure seamless coordination.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be professional, enthusiastic and highly customer-focused, with strong communication skills and confidence interacting with the public. They will demonstrate good organisation, reliability and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. Previous experience in customer service or sales would be beneficial but is not essential. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ambition to develop within a sales role are key.
