Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and leading a team of 6-7 administrators within the trust services function.
- Overseeing the administration of a portfolio of trust and corporate structures.
- Supporting workflow management to ensure deadlines and KPIs are met.
- Acting as a point of escalation for complex client or operational matters.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of service delivery.
- Supporting the delivery of complex and bespoke client services.
- Monitoring regulatory compliance and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Providing guidance, training and performance feedback to team members.
- Supporting team development and succession planning.
- Attending client meetings and supporting relationship management activities.
- Keeping up to date with regulatory changes and ensuring the team is informed.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong experience within trust and company administration and demonstrate the ability to manage or support a team within a fiduciary environment. They will ideally hold or be working towards a professional qualification such as STEP or CGI and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. Experience managing workloads, meeting deadlines and delivering high levels of client service is essential. The successful individual will be proactive, confident and capable of working in a busy environment, with strong leadership ability and a collaborative approach.
