Responsibilities

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Supporting the smooth operation of the Network team by liaising with other teams including Design, Development and Business Intelligence.
Helping resolve tickets from B2B partners.
Monitoring B2B partner compliance.
Supporting the efficient launch of new brands.
Recording meeting minutes.
Maintaining and reviewing internal documentation.
Coordinating campaigns designed to boost website performance.
Creating newsletters for key announcements.

Skills / Qualifications

Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with effective communication skills and a proactive approach, along with the desire to continue learning, heightened accuracy and attention to detail, and a never-ending desire to think of ways to improve existing processes are essential to the role.
