This is a great role for someone with previous customer services or sales experience who has an interest in travel.

Responsibilities

ADHOC flight quotes for UK Sales & Marketing team ahead of brochure launch/campaigns.
Conduct regular quality control checks on bookings.
Run various reports for the brand as required - booking reports, outstanding balances, payment reminders.
Handle deviation notices – low and high water, itinerary changes, suspensions, dock changes etc.
Maintain updated product, system & process knowledge.
Guarantee Cabin Assignments.
Provide support to Reservations Manager.
Answering customer calls or live chat during periods of high demand.
Ensuring that all emails in the various mailboxes are actioned within a maximum 24 hour turn around.
Monitor any operational changes such as individual country restrictions related to COVID.
Administrative tasks as directed by Reservations Manager.
Assist reservations in flight schedule changes, cancellations and general admin tasks.
Assist shared services with issuing documents when required.
Engage in social media initiatives.

Skills / Qualifications

An understanding of the retail travel market is preferred but certainly not essential if you have excellent communication / relationship building skills and a great understanding of the need to supply a first class customer service.
