Responsibilities
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:Holding responsibility for meeting sales targets set by the Director.
Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
Assisting with the implementation of marketing plan and assisting in developing the marketing plan.
Providing support with the in-house production of email newsletters, posters and social media in accordance with branding, and in-house stationary.
Assisting with liaising with local media and ensuring placement of regular PR features within local media.
Providing support with the management of the sales team.
Assisting with the recruitment of new employees.
Providing support with the scheduling of staff rotas, when needed.
Assisting with the Implementing and reporting upon regular stocktakes.
Ensuring and taking responsibility for the accuracy of the stock on the EPOS systems.
Assisting with managing the store budget and petty cash.
Banking cash.
Assisting with report generation and product analysis on sales and product trends and other reporting areas.
