Working across property, private equity and alternative fund structures, you'll become a key point of contact for clients while coordinating a wide range of operational and governance activities. You'll collaborate closely with internal specialists to ensure the smooth running of each structure and the delivery of a consistently high standard of service. The role offers responsibility, variety and ongoing professional development.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of fund structures, ensuring high standards of client service.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, advisers and other professional stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Fund Accountants to ensure accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting and investment transaction processing.
  • Coordinate the calculation and processing of management fees, expenses and invoices.
  • Monitor cash positions, arrange transfers and foreign exchange transactions in line with investment guidelines.
  • Ensure all structures comply with statutory, regulatory and reporting obligations.
  • Liaise with the Corporate Secretarial team to coordinate board meetings, investment approvals and governance requirements.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of each fund structure and ensure activities are carried out in accordance with constitutive documents and service level agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing expectations and delivering timely communication.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support the continued delivery of efficient, high-quality fund administration services.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fund administration together with a solid understanding of property, private equity or alternative fund structures. You'll have good technical accounting knowledge and ideally be professionally qualified or studying towards a relevant qualification. Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities while working both independently and as part of a wider team. You'll be client-focused, proactive and committed to delivering high standards of service while continually developing your technical expertise.
