Our client, one of the largest UK retail groups in the nutritional supplements market, is seeking to recruit a Procurement Administrator.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Checking and reconciling supplier documents.
Evaluating order requirements.
Raising and managing stock orders and all associated requests.
Ongoing stock reviewing, recording and reconciling.
Communicating with suppliers on all open orders and changes in priorities.
Liaising with internal departments, on stock related situations.
Checking and reconciling internal stock reports.
Working with the in-house system to ensure accurate input of stock values, locations and records.
Carrying out general administrative office duties.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard with excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, and an understanding and interest in computer systems and set up. Preference will be given to candidates who possess working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, although full training will be provided. Applicants will have strong communications skills, both spoken and written, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a small team. The successful candidate will be an organised, proactive and adaptable problem solver who applies high levels of accuracy and attention to detail to all duties.
