Our client is strengthening a fast-moving operations team and is looking for an administrator who takes pride in getting the detail right. This role sits behind the scenes of customer-facing services, ensuring policy changes and transactions are processed smoothly and compliantly!
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Support the servicing of unit-linked policies, including premium changes, switches, surrenders, and client queries.
- Process customer instructions accurately and in line with service standards and deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with customers, intermediaries, and internal teams via phone and email.
- Perform KYC and due diligence reviews for individual and corporate clients, including trigger events.
- Ensure adherence to AML, audit, and regulatory requirements, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Update customer records and identify data gaps, obtaining further information when required.
- Contribute to risk and issue reporting and support operational improvement initiatives.
- Assist with testing of system updates and support projects as directed by management.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and experience in an administrative or customer service environment, ideally within financial services. You will be organised, deadline-focused, and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders. This role suits someone who is tech-savvy, eager to learn, and motivated by delivering a positive customer experience within a regulated setting.
