Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Logging IT support requests and assisting with basic troubleshooting.
- Supporting user account setup and system maintenance tasks.
- Participating in IT audits and documentation updates.
- Learning about IT risk, security, and incident response procedures.
- Assisting with workstation setups and general hardware support.
- Taking part in team meetings and internal projects.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with an interest in technology. A Level 3 IT qualification or similar is desirable, but not essential. Training will be provided. Candidates must be enthusiastic, willing to learn, and have a strong team-focused approach.
