Take responsibility for delivering a diverse portfolio of technology and business change projects within a growing Technology function. You'll balance strategic priorities with the practicalities of budgets, resources, risks and deadlines while keeping stakeholders aligned throughout. This is a great opportunity for a driven project professional who enjoys seeing change through from concept to completion.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Lead technology and business change projects from initiation through to operational handover.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines and deliverables.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations throughout delivery.
- Lead governance meetings, workshops and committee discussions.
- Coordinate resources and workloads across multiple workstreams.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and mitigation actions.
- Support business cases and monitor project budgets.
- Manage project change requests and scope changes.
- Maintain strong quality assurance across documentation, governance and deliverables.
- Support implementation planning, change impact assessments and operational readiness.
- Produce accurate project reporting and monitor benefits realisation.
- Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering technology projects and organisational change or transformation initiatives, together with a strong understanding of structured project governance, risk management, budgeting and change control. You'll hold a recognised Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent and be confident leading governance forums and working across complex, matrix-managed environments. Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and organisational skills are essential, alongside commercial awareness, resilience and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving towards successful outcomes.
