This is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly regarded insurance management firm in a senior leadership capacity. The successful candidate will play a dual role as a Client Executive and member of the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing a portfolio of clients while contributing to the strategic direction, operations, and overall success of the business. Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Applying strategic and operational plans in line with senior leadership directives.
- Leading the delivery of high-quality services across the client portfolio, ensuring service excellence is consistently achieved.
- Developing and implementing objectives aligned with the broader organisational strategy.
- Acting as an executive resource to ensure consistency of service delivery and adherence to budget goals.
- Promoting captive and reinsurance solutions both internally and externally.
- Supporting staff development and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
- Ensuring regulatory and governance requirements are met across all areas of responsibility.
- Supporting the Managing Director and wider Senior Leadership Team with operational projects and strategic initiatives.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience within the insurance, reinsurance or captive management sectors and possess strong technical knowledge of industry practices and regulatory requirements. A robust understanding of financial, tax and legal matters relevant to captive structures is essential, alongside a proven ability to lead teams, deliver service excellence, and contribute to strategic planning and development.
