Support a fiduciary business through a busy period on a minimum 6-month contract by leading a team and maintaining high service standards. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge and people management skills.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing and leading a team of administrators and relationship managers.
  • Overseeing client portfolios and ensuring high standards of administration.
  • Monitoring operational processes including cash management, records and discretionary decisions.
  • Reviewing investment portfolios and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Managing billing processes, utilisation targets and debt collection.
  • Acting as key relationship manager for clients and intermediaries.
  • Supporting business development and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Setting objectives, conducting appraisals and supporting team development.
  • Ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting audit processes and maintaining strong governance standards.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification such as STEP, CGI or ACCA and have extensive experience in offshore trust and company administration. They will demonstrate strong leadership capability, experience managing teams and meeting financial targets, and excellent communication and organisational skills. A strong understanding of the regulatory environment is essential, along with a proactive and commercially aware approach.
