Our client, a global provider of corporate and fund administration services, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager or Senior Client Relationship Manager to join their Guernsey team on an 8-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of corporate entities within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients and their advisers.
- Providing high-quality, timely administrative services and maintaining strong communication with clients.
- Preparing for and attending board meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Assisting company boards in ensuring good corporate governance.
- Liaising with professional third-party firms such as lawyers, accountants, and investment managers.
- Processing documentation for transactions and investment activity.
- Ensuring all client activity complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting company-wide objectives and promoting best practice within the team.
- Contributing to process improvements and the evolution of business procedures.
- Supporting, mentoring, or supervising junior team members (for Senior CRM level).
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in company, fund administration or company secretarial work. They will demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and client service skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. While no formal qualification is required, holding or studying towards CGI or an equivalent qualification would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be personable, reliable, and proactive, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
