Join a growing fiduciary and fund administration business that specialises in venture capital and operates in a fast-paced and innovative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with boards, clients and internal teams, delivering a high standard of company secretarial services across a varied portfolio.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Organising and attending board meetings, fund meetings, and ad hoc sessions as required.
- Preparing agendas, action points and minutes in line with agreed timelines.
- Coordinating the timely compilation and distribution of board packs.
- Supporting the set-up and ongoing administration of corporate entities and general partners in multiple jurisdictions.
- Maintaining company records, statutory registers, and registrar functions.
- Ensuring Guernsey Registry filings, annual validations, and filings in other jurisdictions are completed accurately and on time.
- Supporting adherence to corporate governance principles and internal policies, including an annual review of relevant frameworks.
- Liaising with directors, board members and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a company secretarial, fund administration or similar environment, with a strong understanding of local regulatory requirements. They will be ICSA-qualified (or equivalent) and demonstrate excellent written communication, organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to work independently under pressure, handle confidential matters with discretion and drive process improvements is essential.
