Our client, a Channel Islands retail group, is seeking to recruit a Customer Services Representative.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Collecting and correctly inputting all customer data.
Handling all customer financial details, as specified in the agreed finance processes.
Ensuring customer complaints are handled in a polite and effective manner and are appropriately logged on the complaints system.
Assisting with answering queries and enquiries from customers.
Ensuring all incoming calls are answered and dealt with accordingly.
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all the company’s products and services.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard, possess experience in a customer services and general administration environment and be confident using Microsoft Suite.
