Join our client - a long-established, independently owned firm recognised for delivering a premium level of service to international clients. Working as part of the in-house communications function, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strong governance practices across a number of jurisdictions. This position offers exposure to a broad range of board and company secretarial responsibilities within a progressive and people-focused environment.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Providing statutory secretarial services to group entities across Guernsey, Switzerland, Cayman and Dubai.
- Managing board and committee meetings, preparing agendas, distributing board papers and advising on content.
- Building strong working relationships with directors and senior leadership to facilitate clear and effective communication.
- Accurately recording board decisions and monitoring the implementation of actions.
- Maintaining statutory records and supporting corporate governance enhancements across the group.
- Delivering governance-related projects and contributing to board evaluation processes.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP and demonstrate sound technical knowledge of corporate governance within a regulated environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism.
