Client Services Director

• Managing a portfolio of complex trust and company structures.
• Leading and developing a team of fiduciary professionals.
• Providing technical guidance and support on complex client matters.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality fiduciary services in line with client expectations.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, advisers and intermediaries.
• Supporting new business development and identifying growth opportunities.
• Acting as a director or representative on client entities where required.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures.
• Managing risk, governance and control functions across the team.
• Monitoring profitability, recoverability of WIP and debtor management.
• Promoting best practice and maintaining high standards of client service.
• Supporting strategic initiatives and contributing to the ongoing success of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience within a senior fiduciary role and demonstrate a proven track record of leading and developing fiduciary teams. They will hold a STEP, CGI/ICSA Diploma or equivalent professional qualification and possess extensive technical knowledge of trust and company administration, together with a sound understanding of accounting, tax, legal and regulatory matters. Strong client relationship management skills are essential, alongside the ability to communicate effectively, make informed decisions and inspire high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, confident managing risk and profitability, and committed to delivering exceptional service standards.
