Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Administer a complex family office structure, including trusts, companies, and underlying assets across multiple jurisdictions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for the overseas family office, maintaining a proactive and responsive relationship.
- Support the ACD and Client Director with day-to-day administration and longer-term projects.
- Assist with risk mitigation through oversight of administration and compliance activity.
- Act as a "C" signatory in line with internal authority levels.
- Support the provision of financial information to enable preparation of financial statements.
- Undertake FATCA/CRS reporting and related regulatory submissions.
- Open and maintain client bank and investment accounts.
- Prepare and process payments and monitor transactions.
- Maintain accurate records across Business Central and document management systems.
- Support joint projects and collaborative initiatives across the team.
- Maintain CPD requirements and stay up to date with industry developments.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in trust administration and managing complex private wealth structures. A proactive, organised, and professional approach is essential, along with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and progress towards or attainment of a relevant professional qualification such as STEP, CGI, or ACCA.
