Working across quality management, information security, risk and audit activities, this role offers the opportunity to shape and strengthen governance frameworks within a technology-focused environment. Guernsey, Channel Islands

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining and enhancing technology governance and quality management frameworks.
  • Supporting System of Quality Management (SoQM) and QMSE activities.
  • Planning and coordinating Quality Management Reviews (QMR) and associated reporting.
  • Monitoring compliance with Network Standards and Information Security Policies.
  • Supporting ISO 27001-aligned controls, processes and governance activities.
  • Coordinating risk assessments, control testing and remediation activities.
  • Maintaining application registers, ownership records and governance documentation.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal audit activities and audit readiness reviews.
  • Managing remediation plans and tracking actions through to completion.
  • Supporting technology risk management, governance reporting and control monitoring.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders across technology and business functions.
  • Supporting awareness, training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience within technology governance, risk management, quality management or internal audit within a technology environment. They will demonstrate a strong understanding of information security frameworks, risk controls and governance processes, alongside experience supporting audit reviews and remediation activities. Knowledge of ISO 27001-aligned practices and information security policies is essential, together with strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills. Experience working within regulated environments and exposure to quality management frameworks would be advantageous. The successful individual will be proactive, detail-oriented and capable of translating complex standards into practical and effective controls.
