Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Compliance team in delivering monitoring and advisory activities.
- Assisting with compliance monitoring programmes and reporting findings.
- Maintaining and updating compliance policies and procedures.
- Supporting AML and financial crime monitoring activities.
- Assisting with transaction monitoring and identifying potential risks.
- Supporting regulatory change analysis and implementation.
- Assisting with CDD reviews and documentation processes.
- Supporting training and awareness across the business.
- Preparing reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintaining compliance records and regulatory logs.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience within a compliance, AML or regulatory role and demonstrate a strong interest in developing within this field. They will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately under pressure. A relevant qualification such as ICA, or a willingness to work towards one, is desirable. The successful individual will be proactive, detail-oriented and possess a practical, "can do" approach, with the ability to work effectively within a small team environment.
