This role offers broad exposure across compliance monitoring, AML and regulatory support activities within a fast-paced environment.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Compliance team in maintaining and developing the firm's compliance framework.
- Assisting with compliance monitoring reviews, testing activities and control assessments.
- Maintaining compliance manuals, policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
- Supporting AML/CFT monitoring and regulatory reporting processes.
- Assisting with identifying and tracking remedial actions and compliance findings.
- Monitoring regulatory developments and supporting impact analysis activities.
- Assisting with complaints, breaches, errors and omissions reporting processes.
- Supporting staff awareness through guidance, training support and internal communications.
- Assisting with documentation reviews, CDD processes and regulatory queries.
- Maintaining accurate compliance records and supporting reporting requirements.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience within a compliance, AML, risk or regulatory support role within financial services and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills. They will possess a good understanding of conduct of business requirements and AML/CFT regulations, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to document compliance activities accurately. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential, alongside the ability to prioritise effectively and work within changing deadlines. Candidates willing to study towards an ICA qualification will be viewed favourably. The successful individual will be proactive, professional and capable of working effectively within a collaborative compliance environment.
