This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy audit practice in a people-focused operational role. Working closely with audit managers and engagement leaders, the successful candidate will manage resourcing, coordinate staff workloads, and help drive process efficiency across Guernsey and Jersey teams.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing day-to-day audit resourcing and allocation of staff across jurisdictions.
- Leading a team of audit support staff and overseeing performance management.
- Supporting recruitment efforts and helping forecast resource requirements.
- Monitoring timesheet compliance and planned versus billed time.
- Supporting secondees and ensuring integration with internal teams.
- Attending management meetings and reporting on resourcing issues.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ project or resource management experience and a relevant professional qualification. Experience using Retain is desirable. Strong interpersonal, organisational, and analytical skills are key, along with a collaborative and proactive working style. Local candidates only, a license will not be provided for this position.
