Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their Client Onboarding Unit within Regulatory Operations. This position centres on client due diligence, onboarding and supporting regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing screening checks and analysing results, identifying areas for review.
  • Undertaking CDD processes for new and existing clients in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicating with internal teams and external clients to collect and verify CDD documentation.
  • Following up on outstanding CDD to ensure timely onboarding of clients.
  • Supporting remediation of existing client due diligence records.
  • Assisting Senior Administrators and providing cover where required.
  • Managing workload to meet onboarding timelines and regulatory standards.
  • Responding to queries from internal teams and clients in relation to CDD requirements.
  • Liaising with internal review units to resolve onboarding and compliance issues.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects within the Regulatory Operations team.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience within an AML or CDD-focused role in a professional services environment. They will demonstrate a working knowledge of client onboarding processes and regulatory requirements across structures such as companies, partnerships and trusts. An AML qualification (or similar) would be advantageous. Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Experience with systems such as SharePoint or ViewPoint would be beneficial, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
