When did you start working at Leapfrog?
I started Leapfrog on 13th April 2026.

What inspired you to join Leapfrog?
I was really drawn to the company's ethos, its direction, and its genuine focus on honesty. I also saw it as a great opportunity to develop my skills while helping people be as happy as possible in their careers. The people at Leapfrog were also a significant factor in my decision to join.

What does your job involve?
My role involves speaking with both clients and candidates to understand their needs, networking, writing and tailoring CVs, supporting company processes, and being a kind, approachable, and memorable person that people can trust.

How did your career lead you to your current position?
After working in sales within the travel industry, I found an opportunity to move into recruitment. I originally applied for a recruitment consultant role after finishing my degree but was unsuccessful at the time. Even so, I knew it was something I wanted to pursue in the future.

What relevant qualifications or professional qualifications do you have?
While not directly related to recruitment, I have a BA (Hons) in Film from the University of Brighton.

What's the most enjoyable part of working at Leapfrog or in your role?
I love my colleagues; I enjoy meeting with people, understanding them, and just being personable and having an honest discussion. I really enjoy networking and not just being a recruitment consultant but being someone that people feel they can openly speak to; it's very rewarding.

What's one thing you'd like to see happen or change in Guernsey?
I'd love to see a bigger cinema, more pubs and no GST! 

What was your dream job when you were little?
A pilot, film director, or IT professional.

What do you enjoy outside of work?
I'm really into the gym and nutrition, and I have a great group of friends I've known since school. I'm also a DJ, a big film and TV enthusiast, and I love football, darts, and the NBA. 

What business or personal goals are you working towards?
I'm always working on improving my physique and setting myself new goals to work towards!

What three words would your friends use to describe you?
My friends said that I am trustworthy, funny, and consistent.

If you could have dinner with anyone, who would it be?
Bryan Cranston. He's an incredible actor, and I'd love to hear his thoughts on character portrayal and the roles he's played. He also seems like a genuinely lovely bloke to share a meal with.
