Join a leading international professional services firm supporting complex cross-border legal matters across multiple jurisdictions. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced litigation lawyer to work on high-value commercial and tax disputes while collaborating with global clients and legal professionals. You'll play a key role in delivering strategic legal advice within a dynamic, international environment.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage commercial litigation matters, including High Court proceedings across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Advise clients on commercial disputes, tax litigation, corporate governance, trusts, fiduciary duties and shareholder matters.
  • Handle cross-border commercial contract disputes and provide strategic legal advice.
  • Support arbitration proceedings and alternative dispute resolution matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel to coordinate multi-jurisdictional litigation strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, witness statements, legal submissions and settlement agreements.
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and dispute avoidance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-quality legal support.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposals, legal articles and industry presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory and professional standards across applicable jurisdictions.

Skills / Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with significant experience in commercial litigation and a strong understanding of cross-border legal matters. They will be commercially minded, solutions-focused and confident managing complex cases within an international environment.
