A fantastic opportunity for a Fund Administrator looking to take the next step into a senior-level position. Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of fund structures.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, advisers and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping and reporting.
  • Processing fees, expenses and invoices in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Monitoring cash positions and arranging transfers and foreign exchange transactions.
  • Ensuring structures operate in accordance with constitutive documents and service agreements.
  • Supporting compliance with statutory, regulatory and reporting requirements.
  • Liaising with corporate secretarial teams regarding board meetings and governance matters.
  • Assisting with the preparation of board packs and monitoring action points.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and proactively managing expectations.
  • Supporting operational improvements and contributing to service excellence initiatives.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within the fund administration sector and be looking to progress from an Administrator to a Senior Administrator level role. They will possess a good understanding of fund structures, client servicing and operational fund administration processes, ideally gained within private equity, property or alternative asset environments. Candidates should be studying towards, or have an interest in pursuing, a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or a similar finance-related qualification. Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, together with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver a high standard of client service. The successful individual will be proactive, detail-oriented and keen to continue developing their career within fund administration.
