If you enjoy working with information, reviewing documentation and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date, this role offers an excellent entry point into a specialist area of financial services. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business while developing technical expertise.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the collection and organisation of client tax reporting data.
- Supporting the review of client onboarding and tax documentation.
- Assisting with AML reviews and periodic documentation checks.
- Reviewing exception reports and escalating issues where appropriate.
- Supporting the collection and validation of W-series tax forms.
- Maintaining accurate records for QI, FATCA and CRS purposes.
- Assisting with the preparation of reporting data for regulatory submissions.
- Responding to routine tax reporting queries and escalating technical matters where required.
- Supporting reconciliations and verification reviews of reporting data.
- Assisting with audits, regulatory reviews and operational projects.
- Building effective relationships with colleagues across the business.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience and demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work accurately to deadlines. Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook, are essential. An interest in financial services, compliance or tax reporting would be advantageous, alongside a willingness to learn and develop knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements including FATCA, CRS and QI. The successful individual will be proactive, adaptable and able to work effectively within a team environment.
