Looking to build your career within private wealth and family office services? Our client is seeking an Assistant Client Relationship Manager to join their team! Working within a dynamic family office environment, the role provides hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the administration of a complex multi-jurisdictional private wealth structure.
- Assisting with day-to-day interaction with clients and the family office.
- Supporting short and long-term administrative and operational projects.
- Assisting with compliance processes and risk-related tasks.
- Supporting financial oversight and liaising with accountants as required.
- Assisting with FATCA/CRS reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating the opening of bank and investment accounts.
- Preparing payments and monitoring transactions.
- Maintaining internal systems and databases accurately.
- Providing general support to the wider team and contributing to service delivery.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a trainee or have 1-2 years' experience within financial services, trust administration or a similar environment. They will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A desire to study towards a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or CGI would be advantageous.
