This is an exciting opportunity for a strong administrator with broad structural knowledge to step into a client-facing Private Wealth role! Working within a specialist Middle East team, the position combines technical administration with trusted relationship management.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing efficient, timely and high-quality administration services to complex private wealth and family office structures.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and overseas family offices, maintaining proactive and professional relationships.
  • Supporting senior management with short- and long-term administration projects.
  • Assisting with the identification and mitigation of risk through the review and management of administration and compliance matters.
  • Liaising with intermediaries, advisers and service providers to ensure client expectations are met within regulatory frameworks.
  • Supporting the opening and maintenance of client bank and investment accounts.
  • Preparing payments and supporting transaction monitoring processes.
  • Assisting with the provision of financial information to support the preparation of financial statements.
  • Undertaking FATCA, CRS and related reporting obligations.
  • Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and document management platforms.
  • Acting as a signatory within agreed authorities.
  • Supporting team members and contributing to a collaborative working environment.
  • Maintaining CPD requirements and keeping up to date with industry developments.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong experience within private wealth, trust or fiduciary administration, with a broad understanding of complex structures and international client arrangements. They will be confident managing client relationships, proactive in their approach and comfortable working independently while collaborating with senior colleagues. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities. A relevant professional qualification such as STEP, CGI or ACCA (or progress towards one) is highly desirable. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with sophisticated family office clients and contributing to the evolution of business processes within a growing team.
