IT Operations Analyst

• Develop, maintain, and enhance document management processes within Laserfiche.
• Build, update, and maintain management information dashboards to replace manual Excel-based registers.
• Design and support automated workflows within Laserfiche to improve efficiency and reduce duplication of data entry.
• Integrate Laserfiche with other core systems, including Acumen, MeshID, and PeopleHR, to support a "key once" data approach.
• Maintain and support existing workflows, dashboards, and document processes.
• Provide technical support for interfaces and data feeds from external systems, including banking and investment feeds.
• Support the secure receipt, filing, and management of electronic documentation via SFTP and similar channels.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal systems, policies, and reporting capabilities.
• Deliver efficient and effective operational support to internal stakeholders and third-party intermediaries.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced programmer or systems analyst with strong knowledge of Laserfiche and SQL, and a genuine interest in automation and process improvement. A commercially aware and solutions-focused approach is essential, alongside strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with Acumen or MeshID would be advantageous but is not essential. The role would suit someone proactive, technically curious, and motivated to improve how technology supports the wider business.
