This position suits someone with deep Microsoft 365 and Azure expertise who is confident working across hybrid environments and supporting business-critical systems!

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Resolving complex, time-critical and high-priority support tickets in line with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Administering Microsoft 365, Azure, MFA and Windows Server environments (AD, Exchange, SQL).
  • Supporting firewalls (SonicWall, Ubiquiti), Wi-Fi systems and general networking.
  • Using ticketing systems to manage, document and progress issues efficiently.
  • Leading technical projects, including end-to-end migrations across M365, Azure and on-premises systems.
  • Scoping, planning and executing solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Working closely with clients and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement within the service delivery function.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex IT environments, with deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server. They will understand firewalls, networking fundamentals and Wi-Fi systems, and be comfortable resolving high-priority support issues. Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus and the ability to manage projects independently are essential. Experience using ticketing systems and delivering technical migrations is highly desirable.
