Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the management and administration of client structures across multiple jurisdictions.
- Processing transactions, payments, and routine client instructions accurately and promptly.
- Preparing resolutions, correspondence, and documentation for review and approval.
- Maintaining accurate client records, ensuring all information is up to date and compliant.
- Supporting relationship managers with queries and client communications.
- Liaising with banks, advisors, and other intermediaries to coordinate client activities.
- Assisting with the completion of periodic reviews and compliance checks.
- Contributing to team initiatives and continuous process improvement.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have some previous experience within financial services, ideally within client administration, fiduciary, or fund operations. Alternatively, they may be a strong administrator seeking to begin a career in this sector. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills are essential, along with a proactive and professional approach. A willingness to learn, work collaboratively, and pursue professional qualifications such as STEP or CGI will be highly regarded.
