A fantastic opportunity for an experienced trust and corporate services professional to join a progressive and well-regarded team offering a supportive and open working culture. Working across both private wealth and corporate client structures, the successful applicant will manage a portfolio of entities, supporting all aspects of fiduciary administration and contributing to the development of best practices across the team.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the formation and ongoing administration of corporate and fiduciary structures.
- Preparing minutes, resolutions, statutory filings and maintaining company records.
- Attending client meetings and coordinating timely execution of documentation.
- Processing bank payments, invoice production, fee collection and debtor management.
- Monitoring WIP, undertaking fee reviews, and ensuring accurate time recording.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives and contributing to service innovation.
- Maintaining system accuracy and ensuring high standards of data integrity.
- Assisting with compliance reviews, AML due diligence, and reporting obligations.
- Participating in team projects and supporting cross-functional objectives.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years' experience in a fiduciary administration role, with strong technical knowledge of trust and corporate structures. A relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA (or working towards one) is preferred. Applicants should demonstrate strong client service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a portfolio independently. Knowledge of Viewpoint would be advantageous, and a proactive, process-minded approach is essential.
