This is a great opportunity for a school leaver, graduate or career changer to join a reputable trust company in a trainee administration role! The successful candidate will receive full training and development support while learning the fundamentals of trust and company administration from an experienced team.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the maintenance of client records and statutory documentation.
- Supporting the drafting of board minutes, resolutions and banking instructions.
- Helping with invoicing, bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and advisers to support day-to-day queries.
- Preparing documents and supporting materials for meetings.
- Assisting with internal process improvements and testing of procedures.
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with company policies.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proactive and methodical approach to work, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. A good standard of education is required (A-Levels or equivalent), and a willingness to undertake professional qualifications will be fully supported. No prior experience in finance is necessary, but an interest in trust and company services is essential.
