This is a unique opportunity for graduates and exceptional school leavers to join a forward-thinking regulatory body through its dedicated Graduate Development Programme. Designed to nurture future talent, this structured initiative offers rotational placements, external training, and a defined pathway to permanent Analyst roles.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Participating in placements across key regulatory divisions such as Banking and Insurance, Financial Crime, Investment and Fiduciary Services, Enforcement, Authorisations and Innovation, and Risk and Operations.
- Undertaking hands-on tasks including report writing, project research, letter drafting, and contributing to recommendations.
- Engaging in on-site visits and gaining exposure to real-world regulatory processes.
- Completing relevant external courses and participating in professional development opportunities.
- Contributing to projects that impact the Bailiwick's financial sector while building a foundational understanding of regulatory practices.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and inquisitive individual, holding (or expecting to hold) a degree in any discipline ideally at grade 2:2 or above-or an exceptional school leaver with strong academic results. Applicants must demonstrate sound judgement, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication. A self-starter with an appetite for learning, the successful candidate will possess a keen interest in regulation, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
